Recently at Conestoga, many of you saw me carrying around or drinking "Con Crud Vaccine" (actually a little plastic vial of vitamin C, which you add to water to boost your immunity.)

No, it wasn't blood (sorry to dissappoint you LARP'ers). It's actually a vitamin twist tube.

The con crud vaccine was actually one of a line of vitamins and supplements that my husband, Ryan and I market for a company called Nutrilite (You may have heard of it. Some of the spokespersons for this company include surfer Laird Hamilton and vollyball player Gabrielle Reece as well as many Olympic competitors).

In addition to Vitamins and suppliments, there is also a completely heathy, sugar-free, low-calorie energy drink. The energy in the drink comes from B vitamins so there is none of the energy drink crash that you get from drinking most energy drinks.

If you are interested in ordering any of the supplements (I've been told by LARP'ers that the liquid immunity makes a good prop for gaming), or the energy drinks, you can buy them online at our online website.
